5. User Content

Users retain ownership of content they submit to the Platform.

By posting content, you grant Digital Nomad Forum Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, distribute, and reproduce that content solely for the operation and promotion of the Platform.

Users are solely responsible for the content they publish and must ensure they have the necessary rights to share such content.

6. Learning Content and Certifications

The Platform may provide educational materials, training programs, certifications, badges, or learning pathways.

Digital Nomad Forum Inc. makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and valuable content; however:

Educational content is provided for informational and learning purposes only.
Completion of a course or certification does not guarantee employment, internships, professional accreditation, or specific outcomes.

All Platform branding, logos, designs, learning materials, documentation, and proprietary content owned by Digital Nomad Forum Inc. remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
